Do plans auto-renew?
No. You pay for the month (or year) and that's it. Renew with one click whenever you want.
Do plan credits expire?
No. Plan and pay-as-you-go credits stay in your balance until you use them.
Which payment methods?
Card, Apple Pay and Google Pay via Stripe. Credits are added as soon as payment is approved.
What if a video fails?
Credits are refunded automatically. You also have 7 days to request a refund for an unused package.
