These terms govern your use of Total Motion (totalmotion.app and totalmotion.com.br), provided by [FULL NAME OR COMPANY NAME], [TAX ID]. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them and to the Privacy Policy.

1. The service

Total Motion uses artificial intelligence to generate short videos from a photo you upload and a motion you pick. Results are produced automatically and may vary; we don't guarantee a video will look exactly as you expect.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and provide a valid email. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for all activity on your account.

3. Credits and payments

• Each video uses the number of credits shown before you generate.
• Credits never expire and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
• If a generation fails, the credits are returned to your balance automatically.
• You may request a refund for a package within 7 days of purchase if none of its credits were used. Email [CONTACT EMAIL].
• Payments are processed by Stripe (USD) or Mercado Pago (BRL).

4. Acceptable use

You may only upload photos of yourself or of adults who have explicitly authorized this use. You may not use Total Motion to create or share:

• content involving children or teenagers;
• nudity, sexual or erotic content;
• graphic violence, hate, harassment or discrimination;
• videos that misrepresent someone's identity, impersonate another person or a public figure, or are used for fraud, scams or disinformation;
• anything that infringes image rights, copyright or the law.

We may refuse generations, remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without refunding credits used improperly.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photo you upload. You may use the generated videos, including on social media, in line with these terms and the law. To provide the service, you authorize us to process the uploaded photo and text and to store the result for up to 30 days. We recommend disclosing that a video was made with AI when you post it.

6. Liability

You are solely responsible for the photos you upload and for how you use the videos. We are not liable for harm caused by misuse of generated content. The service may be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages; we will work to restore it quickly. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 3 months.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time using "Delete my account". Unused credits from packages older than 7 days are not refunded on deletion.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The new version applies from publication on this page; significant changes will be emailed to you.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence.
